Are you serious? The "running" of the cardboard bear makes that reporter look like a moron. Either he needs to stay off the air or they need to give these people more money to keep them from using cardboard instead of real video.

Petersburg Indiana Tornado

It looked completely different when I watched it as a child. I lived in Princeton and watched it heading for Petersburg. The colors were inverted, as the tornado was grey and the sky behind it darker. Mind you, I would have been looking north into it and the setting sun was lighting it up for me....
@TheWaynelds The EF scale is based on wind speed. It has nothing to do with size.
