In terms of lights, I think its a great setup but I think the front needs a little more lighting. Something as simple as some grill lights or flush mount bumper one...

That is an amazingly outfitted truck; first thing I recognized was the Rigid bar. Rigid lights are OUTSTANDING and I love the set of D2's I have as flood lights on my truck. The 20" is incredible.

You should really be using a snatch strap for that. That chain/strap combo you were using looked extremley dangerous...for what its worth.

@cb7pwn You can, if the state allows their use in winter conditions. Many mountains states REQUIRE chains, which stands even on public roads.

Green signifies a command vehicle in most states/counties, and I'd assume that's the only reason they went with green/red split as opposed to whatever their state usually runs color-wise. I do agree with you otherwise though; must really look light a christmas tree at night.

@mr4x4s I've heard up in the high teens and near 20's as well, now, It may depend on which engine you run, if it's a turbo or not, and quite a few other factors. I wouldnt rule it out though at all, it just depends on too many variables.

Out of curiousity, is there a list anywhere that shows the NDRT deployments across the US? I'm just curious because I have never seen these near any disasters I have worked in the past across the Midwest.

Even though this comment is way late, I like to see amateur radio capabilities in a vehicle such as this. Good choice too for the Yaesu on the top of the dash; looks like an 8800R or the like; a dual band, dual receive.

Where did you source those white LED's that go on with the reach hatch open? I'd be very interested in finding where to purchase those.

That is White/Clear correct; or blue? I know white LED's can be tinted somewhat blue like it appears here.

So it's like a $30 can of gloss clear coat? Wonder if it's any different at night. What I hate most about the cameras is that if you roll past a stop line they will take a picture, but around here you often cant see the coming traffic if you stopped at the line. Stopping twice gets really annoyin...
