Obviously, if you can eat that many poppy seed bagels to test positive, then it isn't a myth. I knew a woman who ate a lemon poppy seed muffin every day for breakfast. She tested positive for opium. Not a myth.

A ton of movement when it shouldn't have been so hard to keep the camera still is a good sign that the vid is fake.
