"What for!?" cried Dave, his mind awakened
As currently his doorknob quakened
Awake, was he, from sexy dreams
Of Margaret and her lady-thing
"Whoever at this hour knocks!?
The fuck's their prob? The fuck? The fuck?"
In bounded Ryan, yelling words
"There's some guy here! Some guy! A bird!"
"The fuck?" asked Dave, redundantly
When all at once, so suddenly
The bird-man swooped upon the two
And spoke in booming multitudes
"I am the Phoenix," said Tom, awesomely,
A proposition, lay down, did he
A collaborative effort between the three
