what are your recommendations for an up and coming make up artist to do as far as getting their name out? Should I start with a portfolio?

I wear a lot of extentions and my hair is short as well. i can tell that you did not layer your hair and the weave. meaning basically. some of thae extension needed to be put in closer to the top of your head. thus making the layer of your hair that actually shows a little thinner and it blends...
