hi!! thanks for letting me know you were having trouble, i know the way i wrote it is really confusing ahahha.
ok. so if the keys are like this:

G A B C D E

then you play G B D E for "some people run"
and then G E D for "right into"
and C C B is "the fi-re"

i hope that helps, sorry i have no better way to explain!
