What a WALLY. I own a cobra with heaps of HP and I think...no I know that a late model Corvette would make a Cobra work to win. That clip is a load of hooee.

It's not necessary to have stuff sticking through the hood...my car has a hi-rise manifold with a big carby and it all fits under the scoop. It makes 500 odd hp. That guy wasn't allowed to drive it hard in case he lost it...it's harder to sell a bent one.

@otis84031 YEP ! At the time my Cobra was measuring 115 dB at idle....If I was standing beside you and shouting you would have found it hard to hear me. I have experimented and built an exhaust (still in sidepipes) that now measures 93 dB at idle. It's still loud but MUCH quieter than before.

What a bunch of wankers....if they were serious they wouldn't have stickers all over their cars announcing that they were in the gumball rally ...This may have been a Charity run as they were only going a tiny bit faster than all the other traffic...this "vid" is for promotion stuff.

Very sad to see...the car was built by someone for a customer...no imagination and no skill.....drink a beer and sign a cheque. You never "owned" the vehicle and never put any building skill into it. I hope the new owner completely rebuilds it

You had fun wrecking a car. Why not just put some corvette running gear in a small tube chassis to prove that "light is right ": Simple get one of those factory five super car kits....too easy. ha ha ha
