It began when one day I hit rock bottom and decided to change my life; to take over and take control, not just for my weight loss, but for my education, for my family, my career and relationships.

It's been way too long since I've let the best in me shine, so today, I will be giving my best in everything I do. No more doubting myself, no more questioning and most importantly- no more quitting.

There's no better feeling than my heart racing when i run. When i transcend into the nothingness and forget everything behind.

Nothing better than sweat and feel like i'm gonna pass out after a great work out coz i know i gave my best.

Nothing better than the sunshine hitting my face when i'm driving to the university.

Nothing better than the touch of my skin., the breathing, the feeling of being alive inside and out.




Since I started my journey, I realized that the mundane things in life, those that doesn't cost a single penny are the ones that gave me true happiness.
