So this thing came up at school, and everybody was saying that we should make a Landlady Movie. So, eventually, I started planning (there was LOTS of planning for this). I did the castings and wrote the script. This video/movie/whatever-you-want-<wbr>to-call-it was the primary/base movie. I also wrote two alternate endings for this (we only got to one though). One involved the MI6 (British Secret Service) and the other one was an extension to the story.
The filming went pretty well, although it took LOTS of time (we spent 6 hours total). For the base movie, we had to cut some parts out because they were either too long, we didn't have much time left, or both. We still got to the MI6 Alternate Ending, but I decided to put that in a separate video, since this one is already 11 minutes. I wasn't that happy with the speaking parts, but hey, it was okay for firsts at acting. We didn't have any time at all to practice, since our leading actor, Josh Kim, broke his toe early that morning. We decided to recast and take one of our MI6 Agents to replace him. He still was able to play the porter though. Originally, we were supposed to have 14 people, but only nine showed up.
During post-production (mainly editing), I decided not to use a night effect, since the daylight looked pretty good. I tried to render the movie several times without success, but in the end I got it. Enjoy!
