i started acting and singing and playing piano at a very young age.....i have a very musical family so was always influenced a lot.....i carried on learning piano and keyboard till about 13 and reached grade 5......i then persued my acting and went to The Mid Kent College and did a b-tec diploma i n peforming arts....in my second year my younger brother became very interested in the guitar and having learnt a few chords years ago i started getting the bug too...i had also started helping set up my dads p.a and general roadie duties so i got to see how good a band situation could be....i then carried on learning blues....bb king...srv etc eric clapton...all the usual suspects :) i then had a band called "waterfront" with my best friends chris and ethan, doing hendrix and stones etc which made me decide that music was really where my heart was....from then on i practiced up to 6 hours a day...played all over london with "porn" a london based rock outfit with the great Kristian Baker on vocals...and then played with the awesome mod/scooter band "The Cool Jerks" which i loved.....i then got the gig in fathers fantastic band "Nicky Moores Blues Corporation" who are still rated as a top live band......blues band of the year on radio 2 etc...who i still play with now....i also teach and have my own 3 piece "The Timmy Moore Trio" and am singing again....i am very lucky to play with Pete Shaw (chris rea) and wez johnson (top session drummer in london) playing all my favourite music.....(links are across on my videos) i greatly enjoy teaching and was lucky enough to teach jprblues from a while...young jake plays with great feel and i am sure you have probably already seen his videos....anyway thats my longish/short story so far...you can find me playing with The Timmy moore trio...The Dr JJ blues band...Nicky Moores Blues Corporation....The Chosen Few and am available for private TuitIon and dep and session work.......please rate and comment if you like any of my vids and please keep sending me yours....Rock...timmy x :) x
