Hi, I train B-Boying, Parkour and general Handstand movements.
Inspired by my good friend Bobbys channel "Bobbyconditioning" (so check him out aswell) I thought he had a good idea of simply filming small clips on his phone (don't take up much memory) and uploading them here which is a really simple process.
Also I urge any of you watching and trying these moves to (if you have the means) film them on your phone or camera and upload them to share with all of us. Post them as video responses!
