In the 80's these bands could sell out fucking arenas. Those were the days. Spectacular shows then. Not like today. Only a couple of great ones left. KISS and Crue.

The 80's were great! Crue, Ratt, Poison to name a few. KISS was there, although, without the makeup. No one makes music this good these days. ARENA ROCK RULED!

Yeah. Just my opinion though. His version of All Hell's Breakin Loose was definitely better and a heavier version.

After reading Eric's new book, it's very hard to believe how Paul and Gene were distancing themselves from him. Apparently Eric really didn't trust Paul. Such a shame. But KISS, namelt Gene and Paul, have always been about the business. Guess that's what KISS relavent, but a shame they didn't...

How can anyone talk negative about Eric Carr? Amazes me. He was the best drummer KISS has had. Eric Singer is great, but Carr was brilliant.

Love you Eric, but in my opinion certain songs should just not be done without Ace or Peter, Beth is one of them. It was Peter's song. Eric is talented enough to come up with his own great material. Tommy singing Shock me is another one. Classic songs, but they belong to Ace and Peter.

Axle just pissed cause Paul didn't produce their record.

Well not the best, but still a good album.

This was probably the best song from Unmasked. Still great KISS music even though they were going in a different direction.

So I guess that's why both Motley and Bon Jovi are still around with both bands selling over 80 million albums each. The grunge crap is pretty much dead. And yeah the hardcore punk bands you talk about were good, but the majority of that "breath of fresh air" you talk about took it's last breat...

It's just too hard to narrow them down to the best 5. They have so fuckin many great songs.

Shout it loud, Detroit Rock City, Rock and Roll All Nite, War Machine, Love Gun, Come on and Love me, I stole your love, Shock me, Black Diamond....hell I can't get it down to 10. just too many great songs.

Not his best, but he's still the best.

Record stores going out of business because everyone downloads music these days. It's a shame. Makes it hard for the bands to sell albums. I prefer the days when you went to buy the entire album and collect your favorite bands collections. But I'm just a fan of collecting.

Rocket Ride should have made it on a studio album. Great song. Another example of Gene and Paul holding Ace back from his thing.

Yeah there are so many older songs that would be cool to an actually video. So many classic good songs outside of the obvious ones.
