I have boxed, and wrestled and have taken ju jitsu and some cage fighting up in AK, but what I find so cool, is to be instructed the basic moves, gouging eyes, groin punch or kick by a Navy Seal, but I do know this... from experience.. the punch you dont see coming, is the one that hurts the most.
