@TheKtrop14 I disagree. If you are deliberately keeping food from a baby, and they die from starvation, that is torturing them. The only difference is 1 and only one baby dies from torture in the first case, while millions die from torture in the second.

I would also like to see the right to vote being dependant upon having some understanding of basic important issues. A voting license could be something to consider.
