Thumper7458 here and welcome to my channel, my primary goal is to post vids on mini figure painting, modeling projects and tutorials (tip and tricks). I might also show the the odd off topic vid or two as well, just to freshen it up a bit.

I must first say that I'm not a professional painter, nor do I claim to be, however, I have learned a few things since I started painting in January 2008 that I would like to share with the community.

This is my contribution to the community that has helped me become a better painter. What I'll show will most like not be the only way or the best way but rather the way I do it. If you know of a better way to do something that I have touched on in my videos, let me know, I'm always looking to learn new techniques.

There really is no short road to becoming a better painter, much like everything else, if you want to improve, you have to practice. Don't be afraid to make mistakes, learn from them, it's called experience, this is probably the most valuable tool in your paint kit.

One last thing to think about, unless you are painting a model to enter into a competition are you're doing commisions, the only person that has to like your painting is you.
