Hello,its the rattle not the whine that you hear on the video.
As I have said before,installing a manual cam chain tensioner greatly reduces the effects.

old piston of DT 125 Yamaha '95
This is my old piston after 16500km. The bike anyway went 118km/h with that.

todays original pistons are just as good if not better than some other 'special' manufacturers
