i use spinach seeds since it's much cheaper than spinach leaf, & neem oil stinks but it get products with it in. in a round about way neem helps muscles. buckwheat noodles asian market, nutritional yeast flakes, yam flour(increases chances of twins though), almond milk, a very nutty cold cereal.
