Although there are costs associated with photovoltaic panels, your system is more complicated when compared to photovoltaic panels because it has additional components which add both reliability and maintenance issues to the equation: steam turbine, generator, condenser, controls, etc. How do you make the turbine and steam cycle components maintenance-free and reliable?
