Could it be T4 now apply different dynamic range for the Multi Voice that you use on T3. I know on MV each dynamic range has different sounds, on T4 Yamaha may put more sounds to it and may add more range too. Don't expect the T3 and T4 sound the same because they are not the same keyboard.
