Hi John, I tried posting this several times a few days ago but had no luck. My post from yesterday worked. John Pearse 3210A, $7.08 as JustStrings.com. My Rocket now sounds powerful, loud & very warm.

All of the Conn Melody-C's are very collectable and worth restoring. There was a rash of crappy C's made after the debut of the Conn in 1915 and none of them are worth anything, and actually gave the C's a bad name so most "music teachers" think all of them are worthless. But the Conn's fetch $1,500 to $2,500 all the time. So clean it up and post a tune here!
