The current line-up of This Grace came up in 2005. After a few months the band recorded a self produced demo with four songs, that got aired by some local rock radio stations.

Pushed by this good start, This Grace began to play live shows in spring 2006, having gigs in some of the most famous rock clubs in the Milan area.

In summer 2007 This Grace started the recording sessions of "7 Faster Heartbeats", their first full lenght album. Eleven tracks that ranges from heavy sounds and riffs to stunning rock melodies. In november of the same year, before the fulfillment of the record, "No Joke" is included in the "Xmas In Orange 2007" compilation (a benefit cd for the orphanage of Gulu, in Uganda), that sold over 2000 copies. The band is also frequently included in the playlist of the radio program "Rock Wave", which is managed by Rock TV and aired every week on Radio Rai Due, a national radio station.

"7 Faster Heartbeats" was presented to the audience in april 2008.
In june of the same year This Grace is chosen among 2652 bands concurring to play on the first day of "Heineken Jammin' Festival", one of the most important rock festivals in Europe. In this day the band shares the stage with very important bands like Linkin park, Queens of the stone age and Sex Pistols.
