The difference being he claims they are not Jewish because they are not of the orthodox variety.
Fact: both Jewish law and the Israeli right of return law requires only you to have a Jewish mother in order to be considered a full blown Jew. There are many Jews that are atheist but are still considered Jews. (funny shit...God chosen people that don't believe in God...lol)
