1 - Darwin specifically noted that it is not the strongest that survive, but the ones best adapted to their environment.

2 - Evolution deals with species, not ethnicities. The victims of the Holocaust were above all Homo Sapiens Sapiens, the same species as you and me.

Eyewitness accounts are extremely problematic (as has been shown in court cases). An equal amount of the same kind of evidence, especially eyewitness accounts, prove that Buddha achieved supernatural enlightenment.
