I bought my first Hendrix album (Are You Experienced) in 1970, and my first JM (Mahavishnu Orchestra: Birds of Fire) in 1973. I never knew they had played together until now. Thank you! For me , this is a valuable piece of musical history.

Thank you so much for this. I first became enamored with his music after hearing it on the Hearts of Space radio show in the 80's. I would say it is more Dream Music than Space music. But, to whatever category one relegates it, it is beautiful.
