@RDPCEO EGR will cause it to run rough, I went thru the same thing on a 6.0. The valve would stick open and would run like a sack of shit. I also had injectors and the FICM go and those were only rough idles at start and once it was warm they would straighten out and run better. Also a scan tool ...
