I gotta be honest, I think the song is great, but I´m not so sure if it fits as the theme song to a Star Trek show. But other than that I´ve got no complaints. Btw, I recently started to see the show, and it's much better than I expected!

The gospel version is better in my opinion.

I understand the mothers concerns because music is not safe, she's absoutely right about that, but she has to see this as a school project, not a lifetime search for fame and glory.

I dare anyone to listen to this and not have a lot of fun and enjoyment!

Well, if you think about it, she makes a smart move. Instead of making a wild guess, she chose to copy the kids answer wich saved her. So I think she deserves more credit than she`s getting.
