Young Conservatives Coalition (YCC)

Since the November 2008 election, two questions have been asked throughout the conservative movement: 1.) What does it mean to be a conservative in the 21st century? 2.) Who will lead the next generation of the conservative movement? A new coalition has formed to answer these questions The Young Conservatives Coalition (YCC).

The Young Conservatives Coalition is an advocacy organization dedicated to leading the next generation of the conservative movement by organizing and mobilizing young activists across the country, ages 18-40, to implement a new conservative agenda for the 21st century. The coalition will also serve as an umbrella organization for all leading right-of-center young adult and college organizations and as a resource bank of young activists for the conservative movement at large.

The purpose of the coalition is to allow young conservative activists the opportunity to communicate and network with each other, while fostering an environment for sharing resources and strategic coordination to counter the rising young, progressive left. The YCC has united a diverse group of energetic young professionals who represent every leading conservative organization on and off Capitol Hill.

The YCC seeks to resurrect our movements meaning and political relevance by implementing a conservative educational campaign, modernizing the tactics and techniques used by the Right, re-brand our image, and by re-discovering, not re-defining, our conservative First Principles for a new generation of Americans.
