As I look upon society, I see sadness. I see a world in which many people live in despair. Some say that this is the natural state of humanity...but to what extent? Everyone must suffer...but where should the line be drawn? The purpose of living is to make our time worthwhile. But can an individual really accomplish such a feat if society as a whole suffers? We as humans need each other, that is why the concept of society has been with us since the beginning of human history. But have we fallen so far as individuals that perhaps we have forgotten about the damage being dealt to humanity as a collective? The answers to these questions are all around you. The state that society is in is reflected almost anywhere you can think of. The attitudes of people, bumper stickers on cars, and even advertisements can all serve as clues. Be aware and look around you...what do you see? If you can notice the subtle things about people, you will notice major flaws in humanity itself. Some blame the generation gap for the absence of dencency. Others blame young people. In reality, almost everyone is to blame. The fact is, people refuse to accept people who differ from them. An elderly person is disgusted by the new culture of the young...and the young have no respect for the values of the elderly. The same may apply to certain social groups. A typical social person may target and laugh at someone who may be considered an outcast. All the while the outcast feels a growing hatred for the group he identifies as "the socials". The outcast will find friends and create a group and pretty soon you will find people engaged in a new form of tribal conflict. Trends like these lead to the division of society. Because people cannot accept the differences of others, they promote hatred and anger within the collective. Because of this kind of thinking, society soon becomes a battleground. A society that fights amongst itself is a society as good as dead.

Out of all the traits in humanity, pride is quite possibly the biggest problem in modern society. The people of today long to be different. They want to have a special identity of their own. The purpose behind this is to feel good and prove things to the rest of the world. The people of today want the world to know what kind of people they are. Although there is nothing wrong with wanting to be special, there is a point in which one must let go. A big ego is something that can get out of control very fast. The individual soon becomes obsessed with who they are...and they become ignorant of the world around them. Since this type of thinking has become a trend, we now have a society in which people only think of themselves or those who are the same as them. This type of collective thinking will lead to the absence of empathy. People will more and more become unable to understand each other until everyone will suffer the consequences. And what are the consequences? Well try looking around you. Look at the quality of people in the world. Look at the increase in crime. It isnt difficult to see what society is going through right now.

We all have a responsibility to commit to. We are all tasked with bringing back the art of decency in modern society. The obvious place to start is with our individual selves. Notice the way you think about things. But the most important thing is to notice the way you treat others. Start with this simple act of decency and you can start a trend. A trend that can bring back happiness in the world we live in.

you are right. they love japanese show business culture particularly. their show business was copying of japanese it in old days. it's clear, but they never want to admit it. japan is an enemy country for them. it was shame for them that the enemy country culture was superior to them.
about one korean singer: he had popularity in korea. one day he plagiarized a Japanese song and released it. it became clear, many ppl criticized him. and he committed suicide. i knew it by tv report. i think it's ok if he just to apologize. however he chose suicide than apology. surely it was big shame for him.
yes yesy!! they teach of hating japan at school. i want to ask korean ppl whether it's true. but they never approach me bcoz i'm japanese whom they hate lol

we still have a territorial problem in japan. russia never returns an island of japan to us. and we have a problem to vary in the sea area that japan insists on with china. they insist that a one island is a korean thing. korea in particular has culture to steal. they insist on even chinese culture. it's so crazy i think.
i think youtube trouble doesn't depend on google. the youtube staff doesn't have web programming skill. their technique is really poor. and never careful.
