Idk man. Infinity ward can definietly make a new engine but their excuse is that their engine runs at 60fps which is a terrible excuse. If bf3 scaled down the maps, took out vehicles and destruction then they could run the frostbite 2.0 engine at 60fpa on all consoles. It's not a technical issue ...
