Saiko Shihan Shigeru Oyama (now Soshu of World Oyama Karate), Yasuhiko Oyama, his kid bro and at the time IKO's chief instructor in Alabama, and Miyuki Miura, also IKO's chief insructor in Chicago back in those days. Miura currently runs an independent Miura Dojo.

Yes, it is Loek, but he's no longer with IKO (kyokushin). He had a fallout with Matsui & Co. in the late 2000s.
