@soullessSiIence I know! I cant believe she wasn't even 16 when this was recorded, i know she's currently in her 30s, but shes an outstanding guitarist even today. Im surprised at the number of albums she's recorded, seems like it should be more at her expertise

@peplicus You have a very good point, however i believe that one should have modesty when performing another individual's work. His interpretation is very, and most definitely, very theatrical, but passes the line and seems pompous at times. He lacks the humility needed to possibly satisfy the me...

@NYCSteveS Well perhaps it isnt that they dont like this piece particularly, maybe its the rendition of the musicians playing. Remember, a musical piece isnt good individually, the musician brings it to life. One can disagree with the musician's interpretation but not the actual musical score.

He said something similar to my comment. Im a classical guitarist myself studying at the University of Texas with Adam Holzman, and he believes that i dont know "what the fuck" im talking about. I dont appreciate it when people make ignorant comments about something that they dont fully understan...

It would be foolish to try and replicate Vieuxtemps and Camille Saint-Saens brilliance on the guitar, it would be ridiculous to try and gain the beauty and uniqueness of Chopin, Beethoven, and Listz on the guitar, and it would be ridiculously foolish to try and replicate true guitar pieces on any...

The nails need a bit of work, but great left hand technique. As a fellow Classical guitarist, i suggest you involve more Color and Dynamics. Bach was amazing at hiding them in his works so you can add them wherever you like as long as they flow like a river in comparison to other composers where ...
