In this video she has very little balance, for a figure skater she was bent too much at the knees, and leaning forward. Poor balance. TERRIBLE music selection. I'm sure she's improved greatly by now :)

Anyone who thinks speed skating is a lame sport is clueless. It is a VERY dangerous sport, you do not get into speed skating if you afraid to fall on unforgiving ice at a high rate of speed with the only protective gear being a helmet.

All of the things the guy in this video talk about apply to him, except for the positive things.

It's obvious this was staged. Clearly that was thin ice skated through.
