The deep level tube stocks seem to be allot faster off the mark than the surface stock like A stock. The Jubilee line can reach 62mph between certain stations.

The metro needs to get this sorted out i personally don't know what's wrong with filming metros and taking pictures? The drivers are there to drive trains not have a go at passangers.

I filmed at Haymarket and metro control came on the tannoy saying put the camera away.

40mph is nothing special it should be around 50mph for that stretch of line with the track being straight. Hopefully when ATO comes they will be allot faster

I tryied to Film on the Metro yesterday but I had cold feet as I am sure I heard somebody on the PA saying put your camera away. When I film on the Tube nobody cares.

but it was slow in the tunnels aswell

When I am on the Metro I can never get on 4027 which is probally the best livery however not forgetting 4001 of course!

Anybody who thinks the piccadilly line is Automated is wrong

Only the Jubilee, Central and Victoria lines are Automatic.

Manual driving you can still run trains every 1-2 minutes

@LondonBuses1 The waterloo and city line is not Automatic is far is i am aware the Jubilee central and victoria line is automatic and soon the Northern line later this year

The metro is getting stupid now they wont let you do questionares but there is endless amount of youths hanging around on the metro and they do nothing to get rid of them.

Drivers should not be getting out of their cabs they run to a strict timetable its time nexus or DB what ever they are called...

I would not filim with a I pad somebody could just snatch it out you hand!

I have just bought the video 125 Central line drivers eye view! However it does not seem to covert the ealing broadway branch.

I would love to be a driver on the Central line is it a nice line to work on? How do you get a job with LU i was told you genrally had to be a station assistant then you may get promoted to be a driver is this true?

I find this too. I personally think they are average to be honest uncomfortable springy seats dirty floors the list goes on. In 2019 we are supposed to get some new trains hopefully!
