Music:
I don't really have particularly strong opinions about music. If you counted all the tracks in my music collection then you'd probably say that I like folk or something, classical if you take the track times into account. I don't like *all* music, since I haven't heard it yet and I think I can tell when something is truly awful. I'm actually mostly okay without music a lot of the time, I like music when I'm studying sometimes but I'm very specific about what's not distracting, I can totally go without music in fact as I type this I am not listening to anything and it's FINE.
Books:
Standard nerdy clichés like the Discworld novels and H2G2 I guess. Actually I don't read that much fiction, I'm not very good at reading at it takes a Long Time. Books that have kept me up at night because I didn't want to put them down include Catcher In The Rye and The Curious Incident Of The Dog In The Nighttime.
