I'm am a certified personal trainer and a graduate of American Academy of Personal Training in Boston MA, with a Diploma in personal training and a AAPT certificate in exercise science, nutrition, first aid, AED, CPR, I have back ground in Bodybuilding and Power lifting, and I used to be a marathon runner before I became a lifter, I have a experience in weight loss and marathon training, and 5k racing and bodybuilding. With all tapes of different clients, I've been in the fitness field for over 8 years and I was an all star track and field athlete, and a cross country runner, a line backer for the football team.
