I joined youtube to be part of the great information circle we all have now available to us in the digital age. I am a keen fitness enthusiast who would also like to encourage others to practice a fit and healthy lifestyle.
Although i enjoy many subjects - gaming, computers, martial arts, running, dancing and other social trends. Bodybuilding is one of my faves.
Fitness and nutrition is something i feel passionately about. Its amazing how you can transform your life for the better just by working out moderately and eating a little more sensibly throughout the week. You just need a little bit of will power and the want to make a difference in your life.
You can lose fat and tone your muscles whatever your age. Im just a regular dude that wants to share with you some of the do's and donts about how to gain muscle and lose fat.
All my knowledge is based on what i have learnt and acquired over the last ten years of practicing bodybuilding, aerobic based fitness, martial arts and diet and nutrition.

Yes i went to school, learnt to read and write English. I tried uni, but ended up doing sex, drugs n rock n roll instead. It seemed like the right thing to do at that time.
