And no, it was just in a large room for the drums and everything else in my bedroom at home. I pretty much close mic everything to avoid room sound since I don't have any good sounding rooms to record in.
Thanks so much for the comment. The snare side is an Evans Hazy 300 Snare Side and the top is a Remo Coated Ambassador. I really like my snares to ring as much as possible and then I EQ out what I don't want in the mix. I also use puresound wires on my snares.
