WE believe in treating our fellow humans as we would like to be treated,which is a humanist idea centuries older than christianity. We believe that humans are fully capable of deciding their own purpose in life. We believe the comfort that religion theorically offers is more than offset by the amount of pain,death ,and suffering that is caused throughout history. We believe that religion has hendered the advancement of human knowledge more than any single cause and still doing so today.
