@Ashleybabym62 seeing an slp is the best idea if you are serious about eliminating or reducing the lisp you are experiencing. It will take consistent daily practice to rtetrain your tongue to the proper /s/ position. If you are up for it find an slp and go for it. I also do sessions virtually. ...
