Who are they ?

Thousands of kilometres from their native Moon after a long galactic journey, SELENIUM (Greek σελήνη selene meaning «Moon») landed on The Blue Planet with their first EP entitled Afterglow in 2011.

Though listed as "pop/rock", the compositions of the band are distillations of various musical influences. Its members play rock, disco, funky... «We Ain't Got No Style» no single, precise style and that is without a doubt the advantage and main charm of the band.

Some describe the titles of the EP as energetic, efficient, sincere, and having a hint of self-mockery. The band leaves it up to you to come up with your own opinion.

The four «Selenites» are eager to explore life on Earth, whether it be in big dark rooms or on vast stretches of greenery. Their mission the one that they accepted is to seduce earthly ears.

À des milliers de kilomètres de leur lune natale et après un périple galactique, SELENIUM (Grec σελήνη selene signifiant «Lune») débarque en 2011 sur la planète bleue avec leur premier EP « Afterglow ».

Bien que classée pop/rock, leurs compositions distillent des influences musicales diverses. Jouant rock, disco ou funky, ils se démarquent d'un style bien défini. C'est sans doute l'atout et le charme principal du groupe : « We Ain't Got No Style ».

Certains décrivent les titres de leur EP comme étant énergiques, efficaces, sincères ou encore teintés d'autodérision. La meilleure chose reste de s'en faire sa propre opinion.

Les quatre sélénites se disent prêts à explorer la vie sur terre, que ce soit dans les salles obscures ou sur les grandes étendues verdâtres. Leur mission, puisqu'ils l'ont accepté, séduire les oreilles terriennes.
