One update to this. My set had very prevalent fluctuating brightness. After calling Panasonic customer support, they sent out a technician to change the set's A-board. Very glad to report, after this change, the set now has no visible fluctuation.

I'm wondering why they tuned it down when Belladonna sings the whole fucking thing sharp. Bush and Belladonna are both great singers for different reason which is why he shouldn't come anywhere near the Bush era songs. WAY too much vocal melody for him.
