there called pop off valves, used on air compressors so if left on the tank wouldnt overcharge and blow up, these usually are set at 100 psi to open, some make them lower, if you have enough of them they basically relieve as much as a blow off valve

ive seen alotta dyno pulls in my day in for a cummins to come on that hard for that long i would guess it would be close to 1000 if not 1200 like he said... the real question was it fuel only or did she get a little wiff of that NOS bottle in the bed? lol
