Grains are unhealthy. Fruits are perfectly fine, and necessary. Fats and oils are healthy, and needed. It's worth looking it up. I cured blood clots, pulmonary embolisms, overweight, etc. by quitting all grains. (and of course, no pop and sugar crap).
