Welcome to the North Carolina Society of Hispanic Professional (NCSHP) Stay in School Video Contest YouTube Site!
We would like your opinions and rating of the videos! Please let us know your favorite videos by using the YouTube rating system and posting comments about your favorite videos on YouTube. The selection committee will take your comments, ratings, and votes into consideration when they make their final selections. Be sure to keep the following criteria in mind as you rate the videos:
-Overall quality
-Message conveyed
-Creativity involved
-Entertainment level
-Relevance to central theme (Stay in School, Graduate from High School)
To all the youth who submitted videos, thank you for your active participation. We hope you learned something and had fun making your videos. To all Hispanic students we encourage you to spread the message of staying in school.
The Stay in School campaign is sponsored by Nationwide Insurance and Univision 40 and supported by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction in an effort to 1) raise awareness among youth and their parents of the low graduation rate among Hispanic youth in North Carolina and 2) inform and remind students and their parents about the benefits of staying in school, finishing high school, and continuing with their education.
