At the time Marian Cozma was killed, i was living in Tatabanya with my girlfriend and our son, he plays handball to, and Cozma was his idol, we visited the Veszprém Aréna so many times, he was always wearing his Cozma shirt.

@afire007, Chef Redzepi is trying to share his passion and his vision on food with his customers, giving them flavours they never dreamt would exist, paying extreme respect to Scandinavian nature by using only regional products, it's cooking outside of the box, clearly not for everybody's taste.

These kind of reactions are not paying much respect to chef Redzepi, trying to pin him down to a nationality, clearly his dishes are crossing borders, it,s about time you do the same.

To even consider comparing Jamie Oliver to Marco Pierre White is an insult by itself.

I'm a chef myself, but to watch Marco talk about his ingredients and cook his dishes, with such passion, even after all those years is the biggest motivation in the world.

If i would watch this after a 10 hour shift, it would make me run back into the kitchen again.
