@legomaniacman all cores are clocked at the same ghz so no splitting. it are just x cores running at thegiven frequenty, but whti modern't cpu's if like 50% of the cores is idle than the rest will OC automaticly to get the same TDP. but whit increase single treaded preformance.

@StoneOakvalley thats because it was probably dropped and because it at room temperture the iron particals start to move a little by a long time and when they arn't alinged anymore than it died but at absolute zero the partivles will not move so it will stay magnetic for ever.
