There is really only one word to fully describe the Liquid Hotplates, and that word is "pimptastic". That's right! What other a cappella group has a more awkward, non-musical name? The Liquid Hotplates, christened after a short-lived MTV pop-culture reference in the year 2000, have been thrilling and confusing their audience for years with their pop-metal-bluegrass-rap-ballad-classic tunes. When they aren't serenading the cows they perform for actual people on and of the UC Davis campus. These men and women hope to share their "pimptasticness" with all of you!
