Just for info, cops don't carry guns in the jails. Only prisons where they have rifle towers and that stuff. But I totally understand ur point. As a cop, this is f%#$ing disgusting

A smart cop will always take his seatbelt off before entering a parking lot. It's smart tactically in case u come under fire. It may not happen all the time but cops have been shot in their car and killed before ever getting the seatbelt off

It's not about thinking they r the law. It is a tactical thing. I know many cops who wear it at higher speeds and take it off in more populated areas so it does make sense

He didn't arrest the guy and obviously by carrying a camera this is exactly what this guy wanted. He wanted to try to make the cops look bad but they did a perfect job. They handled the situation professionally

Also, until u have tried to handcuff someone who is fighting it is hard to understand how difficult it is. Sometimes it really does take several cops to stop someone.
