The Health Nut

Hey you might have seen my Yahoo 360! Blog called, Ask A Health Nut! Well I wanted to make a podcast so that ya'll can actually see whats cookin in the kitchen or pumpin in the gym. My first videos will be short and used with a small camera. When I can work on actually makin scripts and showin myself, I will have better videos. Anyway, this is for fun and for you!
