Both Sally's are still the same dude and SonicTeam wasn't around much in the 90s plus Sonic 2 and Sonic 3 and Knuckles were made in US by STI this is all I am going to say you can disagree and suck Iizuka's and SonicTeams dicks for all I care SOA had way better ideas for Sonic.

Dude your wrong once again SOA created A 1991 Promo Comic which said Mobius and Sally in it they even created the Sonic Bible and the US Manuals say he is on Mobius and Sally was made way before Amy existed.
